A compact studio turned moody and industrial-chic — raw concrete, leather and copper doing more with less.
Working closely with the family, we composed a material palette rooted in warmth and permanence — layering natural stone, oak and soft metals against a backdrop of light. Every sightline was considered; every transition detailed. The result is a home that feels both grand and genuinely liveable.
